A visual inspection of the buildings interior. We’ll be looking for signs of break-in, graffiti, water damage, heavy mold and general damage to the interior of the building.

A visual inspection of the buildings roof. We’ll be looking for signs of trespassing, visible damage to roof by wind foreign objects, animal damage, and general damage to the roof of the building.

We’ll make sure that heater are working to keep pipes from freezing.

We’ll check the lot for fly dumps, potholes, check the signs and curbs, and insure lot lighting is functioning.

We can clean and patch potholes throughout your parking area.

We can paint over the graffiti, chemically remove it, or sand blast it off. We can also coat your building with a clear “Graffiti Resistant” coating that will allow graffiti to be removed by pressure washing.
